WHAT DRIVES ME:
Well, I was born in Tanzania and raised between Massachusetts and Ontario, I witnessed firsthand the systemic barriers individuals from diverse communities face in advancing their careers. My parents, immigrants of African descent, encountered significant challenges in workplaces that lacked equitable leadership. Their perseverance inspired my drive to lead and influence systemic change at the highest levels.
